Service Fee: $50 per additional document (submission only — no notarization)

• Standard: $5 per document cash or money order only, due at time of appointment

• Express: $15 per document cash or money order only, due at time of appointment

This listing is for clients who are already booking an Apostille Submission or Apostille with Notarization appointment and need one or more additional pre-notarized or government-certified documents submitted to the Colorado Secretary of State at the same time.

Each additional document requires its own separate apostille from the Colorado Secretary of State and its own state fee. This add-on covers C&E Notary's preparation and submission of the additional document only — it does not include notarization. If any of your additional documents also need to be notarized, please add the Additional Document — Notary Fee Included option instead.

Which Documents Qualify?

This add-on is for documents that are already properly notarized by a licensed Colorado notary public or are certified originals issued by an eligible Colorado government office (Vital Records, county clerk, or district court). Common additional documents submitted for apostille include: additional powers of attorney, a second set of transcripts or diplomas, additional affidavits, additional vital records such as birth or marriage certificates, and other Colorado-issued or Colorado-notarized documents.
