APOSTILLE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT WITH NOTARIZATION

Service Fee: $75 per additional document (includes notarization + submission)

State Fee (Required): 

• Standard: $5 per document cash or money order only, due at time of appointment

• Express: $15 per document cash or money order only, due at time of appointment

This listing is for clients who are already booking an Apostille with Notarization appointment and need one or more additional documents notarized and submitted for apostille processing at the same time.

Each additional document requires its own apostille certificate from the Colorado Secretary of State, its own state fee, and its own notarization. This add-on covers all three: notarization, preparation of the state request form, and submission. This is the most cost-effective way to have multiple documents notarized and apostilled in a single appointment.

Which Documents Qualify?

This add-on is for documents that require both notarization and apostille submission. Common examples include: a second power of attorney, an additional affidavit, a second financial authorization document, a second will or trust certification, or any other private legal document requiring a notary signature before apostille processing. Government-certified documents such as birth certificates, death certificates, and court records do not require notarization — use the Additional Document Submission Only add-on for those.
